Invitation Letter
Official invitation letter with the Conference Chair’s signature to obtain a passport or visa is issued only after the acceptance of the person’s paper and full payment of the conference fee before the deadline. The request should also contain following informations:
- affiliation (Organisation) + position
- place and date of birth
- passport number
- place of issue
- expiry date of passport
The request can be sent by letter, by fax or by email with an attached scanned document, addressed to:
