Invitation Letter

Official invitation letter with the Conference Chair’s signature to obtain a passport or visa is issued only after the acceptance of the person’s paper and full payment of the conference fee before the deadline. The request should also contain following informations:

• affiliation (Organisation) + position
• place and date of birth
• passport number
• place of issue
• expiry date of passport

The request can be sent by letter, by fax or by email with an attached scanned document, addressed to:

Within the European Union’s borders, visas are not required.

Nationals of the following Countries do not require a visa for tourism and short business trips to the Czech Republic:

Citizens of EU, EEA, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland do not require a visa.
