In 2011 the EEEIC will be held in Rome at the Roma Tre University.

Companies will have various options to sponsor the conference. The sponsorship ranges from year-round sponsor to conference special event sponsor. The program committee members should be recognized experts in the subject area of the event. If you are interested in joining the International Program Committee (IPC) for this conference, please submit your name, address, phone, fax, email, areas of specialisation, a brief CV by email to pc@eeeic.eu or contact.

Reviewing Submissions: Submissions should be reviewed by the program committee members themselves, rather than by their chosen delegates, so that the submissions can be discussed by knowledgeable reviewers during the program committee meeting. Program committee members can seek expert advice from external reviewers, if they so desire, but they are still responsible for having reviewed the submission themselves.

Conflicts of Interest and Confidentiality of Submissions: EEEIC requires members of the program committees  to adhere to the highest of ethical standards. Program committee chairs must ensure that these standards are not only met to the letter of the policy but also to the spirit of its intent. This means that even the appearance of a conflict of interest or breach of confidentiality in the selection process should be avoided.
Committee members must declare their conflicts to the program chair before any discussions of the submissions begin.

2. For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”.
3. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
4. Click “Submit PDF for Checking” or “Submit Source Files for Conversion”
5. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload
6. You will receive an email with IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached. If you submitted a PDF for checking, the email will show if your file passed.

IEEE PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF:

*For documents created in formats that do not embed source files, include all support files with the final manuscript in a folder. Put this folder in a compressed archive for submission. If it is possible to embed images in the source document, you should do so to avoid potential issues, such as missing graphics.

IMPORTANT: A DVI (DeVice Independent file) is required for (La)TeX conversions, in addition to all associated image files. Make sure that your TeX system can output a DVI, otherwise it cannot be converted. Be sure also to check that your images are properly referenced, and that DVI can handle the image file types used (DVI does not handle some newer image types, such as *.png).
