Submission of papers

Prospective authors are invited to send original full papers using the electronic Submission System in PDF format.

All submissions must be electronic in PDF format and must follow the two-column format of IEEE Conference Proceedings. Authors are strongly recommended to use the style files available here and convert files using IEEE PDF eXpress. The maximum length of a manuscript is four (4) pages.

Accepted (peer-reviewed) papers will be published in IEEE Xplore and selected papers in Electrical Review (Przeglad Elektrotechniczny) ISSN 0033-2097.
To encourage international authors to participate in the conference and avoiding travel expenses, the
conference will also include a:

Remote Session

Interested authors should submit their papers for review and inclusion in the conference program. The
authors of accepted papers will send to the organizing committee a paper presentation ready for a poster
session. The authors will have the opportunity to respond to the participant’s questions either on a technical
forum, set up on the conference website, or personally in a web conference in a time interval
devoted to a remote web connection.

Authors participating only to the Remote Session will be charged a reduced conference fee of € 50. They will also receive Conference Proceedings free of charge.
